I ordered a 21" Craftsman 21in Self-Propelled Lawn Mower Item#: 80593216 on-line to be delivered to this store. Upon ordering I called nad asked the store if they would assemble the mower and contatc me when it was ready to be picked-up. There wasa 5-7 day stated delivery time. Two days after placing the order the item was assembled and ready for pick-up at the store. These guys ROCK! The mower operates very well. The last Craftsman lasted 13 years. Hopefully, this one will work as long.
Great neighborhood store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful garden center. Great selection of tools and hardware. Rental equipment and propane refills as well.
Great local Ace. Friendly staff, very helpful. Location has most needs and good rental selection. Newer Post Office location helps with the crowded OakBrook location.
Cool place, clean, bathrooms, beautiful garden center, variety of stuff, once you get in the door everyone is helpful, no one really greeted in walking in, one guy actually looked straight at my friend I walked in with and turned around and kept going and said nothing.
Reserved a 26' truck. Got a confirmation email Friday. Show up Sunday and the employee Santos tells me "oh we don't have one for you." Apparently the budget agent put the wrong number on our reservation but didn't bother to email us or anything. He then proceeded to say (right in front of my wife and I) "Budget is kind of a shady company"
