Helpful and kind customer service!
Needed to pull something from a top shelf and the employee in the plumbing section disappeared after he saw us waiting. Asked several employees for help, including one boy playing on his cellphone and none of them would help or direct us to someone who could. 20 minutes later a man came by with a ladder and we had to beg him to get our item down. Every employee was quite rude and acted like we were bothering them. Should have gone to the home depot across the street would have taken less time.
Had what I needed, honored an expired sale price on the item I purchased because the sale price was still displayed. Awesomeness!! Saved $10, Thanks Lowes!

Complete and utter screw up with regard to their home delivery service. The left-hand has absolutely no idea what the right hand is doing. When you have a problem you never talk to the same person twice. It is obvious that the store has no control over the delivery department and therefore you at the mercy of a bunch of incompetent ,uneducated ,uncaring boobs. This morning they actually lied on their report to state that I have cancelled an order when in fact I had not and told them I was going to go to the store and see if I could reconcile on an ongoing delivery problem. I own three rental properties as well as a house and all of those residences are stocked with Lowe's appliances. I would like someone from Lowe's to explain to me why I should ever buy from them again.
