Clean, roomy and fully stocked with a variety of good. The garden center attendant was extremely helpful in our search for propane tank and gas purchase.
☆☆THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE SO FAR IS the store hours are incorrect. I hate when I am being pushed out of the store because store hours are incorrect. Update your store hours so people don't walk in there at 8:50- thinking they have at least an hour to look/find/browse/select and purchase. Instead myself and a few others walk in the store to hear on the Pa that the store is closed. I'm in the parking lot and people are still trying to get in the store.
Poor visit. Everything was fine until I went to check out at self-checkout and I told whoever was there. I will do it myself but she insisted on buying the stuff for me. So I allowed it then when it totaled up she press the Visa button even though I was paying with my card but I didn't know how much was on my card. She says there's only $17 on your card I said but you hit the button to quickly I wanted to put it all on my debit card please can you void it and that turned into a big fiasco. I will never shop at that one again. Then to top it off after she starts helping me back she moves on to the customer behind me and totally left me alone after I told her it was okay for her to beg me so I had to finish my entire transaction she needs to focus on one person at a time enough five
The person out taking care of the Christmas trees today was very rude. He acted like we was a bother to him. The nice lady at cash register made up for him.
Recommendation...advertise that if vet brings in military id with HD credit card, you key the card that it is a vet so vets get 10% on line too. You will slam Lowes.
I LOVE this store. I love very close to Lowe's in Goose Creek, so I end up there more frequent as a matter of convenience, unfortunately..
