People at the counter are friendly. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was not very friendly. I only bought a part so I don't have a review for their service dept.
Chainsaw sat in their shop almost 2 weeks and they never touched it. Tried to get a good deal on a new one using my old one as a trade in but they said it was on sale and they couldn't do any better than that. I can take my business elsewhere
Great customer service from what I've got. Looking for a older model belt, desk front said the computer had no inventory of them so he'd check for me. Went out back came back with one. Really cool place.
I'm only giving Driggers one star because none is not an option. I took my edger to get fixed, and they told me it would be a 6 week wait. It ended up taking them 8 weeks, only to be told they didn't have the tools needed to fix my edger. I tried contacting the manufacturer, since it is still under warranty, and they told me the shop would need to contact them to tell them directly they were unable to fix the item. When I asked the lady working, she told me their phones were down. I offered to let her use my cell phone, and she barked at me, telling me she would not. I have never been so unimpressed with the lack of customer service. I will never return!!
Did not complete all services as I asked them to. Got my mower back and an issue arrised, which they corrected when I took it back up there.Overpriced for what you get. Customer service is not the best. I had to call several times to check the status and when it was completed, I didn't know until I called them. Wouldn't recommend.
