Car emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help!
Our jeep is back in again for third time because another faulty part again! A part they put on! But they're in no hurry! I guess their reputation is so good they can afford to treat paid customers like this! We had to rent a car, again, for a week to get my husband to work and back but they are so "well, we hope to get to it soon and hope to get it done by thursday." They've had it a week already! They just don't care! BUT I will NOT recommend them to anyone!
Rebuilt the wife's transmission works great
We've used Holt Transmission for all three of our automobiles for several years now and we're always 100% satisfied!!! This last visit I just showed up with out calling ahead, they said they had a bunch of cars before mine but they would work quickly. I was in no hurry and if they could not get to it today I understood, 2 hours later they called and said they inspected the car and it ended up being a bad tire. No charge at all!!!! Some times being a woman and going into a mostly all male business can be intimidating, always feeling they will sell you something you don't need ... like light bulb fluid or something, however here it's much different they really do treat you like family.
Holt Transmission is a top-notch shop, from the owner Jeff to the tech and their shop manager John, these guys are awesome! thank you so much for taking care of my brake problem and putting my mind at ease
Had my transmission rebuilt here and it still works, so that is the only reason for the 3 star rating. However, I will never do business here again, simply because I had to bring my car back, not once but twice. Two times I had to bring it back because my car was missing parts. Yes, thats right, missing parts...bolts and a bracket. The sad thing was that had this happened to someone who doesnt work on their own vehicle, they may have never known, until something else went wrong. I can say the manager was friendly and worked with me to ensure the matter was resolved, but I wouldn't recommend this place if asked.
