PLEASE READ. CHOSE ANOTHER SHOP. On Dec 8th we brought my truck in to replace a switch. When I picked it up it was bucking and the lights were all flashing inside. This is how they left the truck for me. When I dropped it off, It was running great but for a little click in the engine which I had asked to be checked out. Turns out they either never did the courtesy check that I asked for or did and never replaced the oil that they drained. My engine is now having to be replaced because whatever these mechanics did or didn't do with the oil, seized it. How did they not notice that the truck had no oil when this is their business and had the truck in their shop twice that day and never noticed that it had no oil...it was dry as a bone a half hour later when we brought it across the street to an repair shop. (Firestone sent us away telling us they don't work on engines) We filed a claim with Bridgestone and they are not taking responsibility to their negligence saying that our truck is prone to oil consumption. The oil was serviced two weeks prior which is displayed on the windshield and The repair shop filled the oil that very day and it has not leaked in two weeks.We have already proven them wrong and they still will not take responsibility for their mechanics negligence. We are looking at a new Engine or serious repairs on a Silverado with only 150k miles on it. The comment Firestone has left below means nothing, we have already filed a claim and they know it.
Very nice folks here. Great price and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely come here again! Thank you for being open on Sundays :). I highly recommend this establishment.
Just realized I had a nail in my tire less than an hour before closing, I called and asked if they could squeeze me in and they met me in the parking lot with a smile. Entertained my kids and had us on with our night in no time! Definitely will be back!
My oil change was quick and the workers are nice. But I was frustrated when I went twice to get new tires and there was an excuse both times of why they couldn't service me. One of the times, I had an appointment scheduled but whoever I talked to never put the appointment in the system...oh well. I went somewhere else
I was on my way out of Charleston with a flat tire and on a very tight schedule in terms of traveling. They accommodated me even though they were busy, and got the tire changed very quickly, allowing me to get where I needed to be in time. I was very grateful for their kind service, and the salesman at the counter who was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience!
