They were super nice and very helpful, also they were understanding and patient with my two children running around.
Great prices, great guarantee, great people. My only complaint is that it took a long time for them to fix our vehicle. Even then, Ricky gave us a small discount on the labor. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend Above & Beyond Automotive.
Brought my Xterra here twice. The first time I brought it the mechanic told me over the phone they would be able to look at it that day and let me know something. I didn't hear anything back for days. Tried calling a few times and it went to voicemail and then finally a young lady picked up. She didn't seem to have any knowledge of my car or it's problem and wasn't able to provide me with a answer at the time. she asked me to call back. Finally i was able to get a hold of the mechanic and get the work done. He claimed they had the wrong phone number for me. The second time i took it in I made sure to ask again if they would be able to provide information about my car within a day and he told me "yes". This was the same guy. We never received a call. Me and my wife picked the car up and took it to another mechanic. When you work in Summerville and drive to and from Mt Pleasant everyday, a reliable mechanic and vehicle is imperative. They might be good mechanics, but their customer service is horrible.
I will be going back for all of our car needs.
