Their customer service is top notch. They were phenomenal today! They made the entire process more than bearable, and extended their kindness to my son (who was quickly becoming hot and grumpy). They dealt with the service plan/warranty company and ended up saving me deductible money! I had never heard of them before my car broke down in the NAPA parking lot this morning, and am incredibly grateful for the NAPA employee who recommended I go speak with Darryl. Darryl personally drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car. Customer service is clearly very important to him. I highly recommend their auto repair services!
