They are bit overpriced, but they are very friendly and unlike most supermarkets they remember you and they genuinely try to help you get what you need or help you get it to their store. Their Deli has hot food for breakfast and for lunch everyday and it is amazing good Southern Home Cooking
Store usually has good prices on meat. However, a family pack of turkey wings consists of 3 whole wings and will cost between $6.50- $7.00. I've NEVER been able to get reasonably priced wings in there. I always have to go to Doscher's. That's kind of inconvenient.
The Piggly Wiggly is going downhill extremely fast. Beside the meat department, the deli department was where I headed every single trip. None of the cold cuts that are on sale or marked. Many of the deli workers have a very bad attitude. And to boot, there are very few cold cuts that are on sale. Very disappointing. Their meat department is still good except for the fact that on the new sale day things aren't priced on sale too late in the morning. I can't tell you how many times I got there at 9 in the morning and the items that were featured on sale in their flyer were not marked. Not only were they not marked, but the people who worked in the the meat department had no idea what the sale price was. So sorry to say I really am not going to make it my favorite place to shop anymore. It just isn't worth the hassle.
Great place to shop looking for something different parking lots little small but it all in all it's a good visit
Staff is very friendly they have a great meat department. Always have sales going on just a great place to go.
