They had a great stock person but now he's gone and so are all the great employees that were there. Now its not worth going too.don't work there they will stab you in the back.
Really, I don't have anything good to say about THIS Family Dollar, choose the other one further down in Summerville. I generally like FD, just not this one.
Needs a lot of help from mgmt
They have large variety of items. All the 'staples ' you need at Family prices. School supplies galore on sale this time of year. Avoid BIG BOX stores and enjoy slower pace, with better prices.
You can never find anything because it is so cluttered and very disorganized
Terrible customer service. The manager was rude and didn't even try to answer when I had a question. The store tends to be quiet messy, with giant carts blocking alleys. They never ask if you would like to use your online coupons. (Incase you forget, like any other store does) - This store apparently uses a different set of rules that the other family Dollars in our area.
Always dirty and always new employees because the can't keep them.
