I came in a few minutes before closed in desperate need of rainbows- knowing how annoying that is for a customer to do- and apologized and they were extremely welcoming and helpful. Then the sweet manager asked a young lady to help direct me (Julia- she was SUPER SWEET and helpful and overall just caring). Julia not only showed me what I was looking for, but showed me other make flip flops similar that I found not only better but cheaper. She was all around helpful- and upbeat. And I was that last lagging customer too, and was treated amazing by them. thank you again Julia!!!!

I received assistance in finding my paticular size of shoe in a different area for that particular style and size. I am not a tall person and received help when needed. Very pleasant helpful person. Enjoyed my first experience at Shoe Carnival and will surly return.
Poorly stocked items, lots of times shoes in the wrong place. Prices at register don't always match price on the aisle.
