I hate that I am writing this review so late because I cannot remember the name of the employee who assisted me. But the woman who helped me gave me the best customer service that I have ever received in my life. This was in May when I was preparing for my prom. The woman was not constantly pestering me like most store employees do,she was able to offer her opinion of different shoes. She was also very relatable. She was like the WORLD'S MOST PERFECT employee. Yes I did say the WORLD'S MOST PERFECT. I wish that I remembered her name.
Beverly went out of her way to help resolve an on going issue with the website. We weren't able to resolve it completely, but she did more than what most would do to help. Thank you ladies for your time!
