I would give them 0 stars if possible. Even with a receipt they will only give you a gift card for their store for any returns. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with the store manager Jacob. Don't buy anything here unless you know the person receiving it will love it. Otherwise it is a complete waste of your money!
Excellent service. Jennifer in apparel was wonderful and helped me get my shopping done. She was so knowledgeable of the entire store it was fantastic.
During Irma, they still had some stuff. Not bad, but didnt have much of anything I needed. They were still fully stocked for everything else.
I've been coming here for several year's now and it's been a great experience every time. The staff are very helpful and they are well stocked as far as I've needed. I even ordered something online and sent my wife to pick it up, they did not hassle her at all about her not being the one on the order form. They only stock hunting rifles and shotguns no AR platform which sucks.
Second time here better than the first. First time was fine, good customer service and plenty of selection. Second d time, good selection of items and very friendly staff. The customer service the second time there was outstanding. Will go back for more sports gear needs.
