We are typically huge fans of Chipotle. This is a new location, so we wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this particular experience was not like other locations. Mild Salsa was incredibly salty, only had half of a bag of chips, I was not given much rice in the bowl, was charged $1.95 for maybe $0.50 worth of guac. It was just too much money for what we got. In the future, we will choose Moe's across the street.
Don't let recent news articles drive you away, this place tastes delicious. While not offering the expansive menu like what you would find at Moe's, what they do offer is high quality. My favorite being the cilantro-lime rice.
The service was excellent! I always enjoy my food here. :) and the gals working were so friendly and really made me feel welcome!
First time I went here, the service was awful. They were out of several items and staff reluctantly did what they had to do to continue their jobs. Two patrons even left because they got tired of waiting for staff to retrieve flour tortillas from the back (the couple waited over 15 minutes before they left). I decided to try it one more time. Different staff was there this time and service was excellent. Food was delicious and the restaurant was immaculate.
Give them a second chance (or a first).
Yeah the new queso isn't as smooth as something you'd find at just about any other southern mexican place, but it's still delicious, and the chips have a perfect crisp/crunch balance.
Brand new location. Expected slow service due to new employees being newly trained and the usual glitches that comes with a new store working out issues. Was pleasantly surprised to find highly efficient service on the line and friendly cashier. Pristine clean seating area as well. Good quality food as one expects from chipotles.
