I was very happy with Move Buddies. They made a small move across town easy and affordable. Everything was done via email or text and was simple. I knew exactly who my contact person was and when I did have to call , she knew exactly who I was. The movers were strong, careful,, and efficient. Made a stressful situation much less . Excellent service! From my initial contact with a sales person to the delivery itself, I found everyone very professional and helpful. This was just a local move, but all our belongings were delivered safely with no damage to them. Good to find a reliable company in a business where there are too many players with much less integrity.
My apprehension at hiring strangers to assist my 2 hour move from one city to the next was swiftly altered the moment I spoke to a representative on the phone. Courteous, informative and patient, I was given all necessary information and statistics with the freedom to choose based on character. I was bombarded with communication the entire experience through phone calls, text and email. At no time was I uncertain of what to expect with timing, cost and efficiency of service. My movers, Justin and Dexter, were extremely professional and I was thrilled with their care of my items and indulgence with small talk. Through the deluge of rain and unexpected high traffic, I never heard one complaint and was more than surprised at the continued service with building my bed and unwrapping items to check for damage (none of course!). To say that I would highly recommend this company is an understatement; if you willingly choose another moving company you are already set up for failure. Excellent customer service from the beginning. My move coordinator Chris is amazing. He put me at ease from our first conversation. He was very thorough and caring. He has incredible customer service. Being able to call him whenever I had any concerns was a great! He answered every question without making me feel that I was bothering him.
Move day- Move Buddies sent three super friendly, hard-working, efficient gentlemen (Evan, Marquis & Jonathan). They showed up on time, and were very pleasant. I was so unorganized on move day; yet they were able to get the job done. They made me look organized. My daughter and I were very pleased with the level of professionalism and the exceptional customer service the movers displayed. I have used several moving companies in the past, and Move Buddies by far is the BEST!!!! I will refer them to everyone that needs to move. I will definitely call them again.
Move Buddies had better customer service and was a better price than than my previous two moving companies I recently used (All My Sons and 2 Men and a Truck). The ratio of 3 guys per truck makes everything much faster and the lifting of heavier items easier. They showed up on time and finished before the expected time.
