My husband and I just left Extra Space Storage a little while ago. The office is fresh and modern and the units are clean. Wonderful special going on right now. Trish, who normally works at the Goose Creek location was great! Very personable and knowledgeable! What an asset to the company! After explaining their rates, she was very helpful in offering us the best deal for our specific needs. Would definitely recommend!
I’ve been with this company for going on 3 years and I’ve been at the Dorchester Rd. facility for about a year. I haven’t had any issues and there aren’t any hidden fees or fines. The facility is nice, clean, climate controlled, and safe. Heather is usually working up front when I come. She’s very nice, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional! Thank you for all of your help!
Gotta say this place is all about the customer. We setup a small unit online and the next morning they called as soon as they opened to see when we wanted to swing by. The ladies were very pleasant when we walked in and after quickly describing our needs the lady helping advised us of specials they were running and ended up arranging a much more suitable large unit for less than the original quote. Amazing. The interiors are well lit and the doors and unit interior are clean and function well. The building is secure and access is controlled by motorized gates and a one way traffic pattern with ample room for temporary parking while loading and unloading.
My experience was phenomenal! Heather helped take care of me and showed me around the units. She helped me find the right units at the best cost, as originally I was going to get something large and pretty expensive. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions with a smile the whole time. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. She was seriously the epitome of customer service!!! Best customer service experience in my life! Walked in just 5 minutes before they closed on a Saturday to get a unit. HEATHER, was super nice and stayed past closing time to make sure i was taken care of and got what I needed. The unit gate closes at 10pm but HEATHER really went out of her way to help me out keeping the gates open 24 hours that day due to me needing to have all my items stored that same day. Great place but even better people working there, especially HEATHER!
We won't need our unit for long but will definitely return the next time the need arises. A+ outfit.
