Very dissatisfied, I was in tears after leaving this place. I stopped going to hair salons because they always seem to cut my hair too short. But this experience was the worst. My hair was past my shoulders. Now it way above my ears. (cut shorter than it has ever been in my life). Typing this post has brought me to tears. I'm devastated and my husband hates it. I'm going back to wearing wigs until my hair grows back.
