Jordan was beyond amazing! I was super nervous to have anyone cut my hair again after 2 bad experiences. She was confident, explained how she would do the cut and was so friendly and honest. She gave me the cut I have been wanting for so long that others couldn't. She even matched the photo I brought in and now I have so many style options. I love that she didn't try to push hair products on me, could not be happier, so glad I went in and found her! Would highly recommend her to anyone and I will see her again for sure!
Today I had the worst experience of my life with my hair and a salon. I truly do not comprehend how the stylist managed to take my cook toned blonde hair and turn it back into an orange color. Then she tried to "fix it" by added some thick highlights on the top of my head so now my hair looks orange with really bleached highlights on top. SO FREAKING RIDICULOUS and the whole reason I went to her is because my hair stylist was out of town and my birthday is soon. My hair feels FRIED and was legit falling off in pieces, then she had the nerve to charge me and the only reason I paid was because I was so ready to get out of that place. I genuinely do not know and understand how Karissa has a cosmetology license because it does not seem like she went to school for this. If I could post how my hair looked before I went there and how it looks know, all of you would agree with me. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
