I was greeted warmly. When I didn't know the price of the Halloween costume I turned around and a lovely young lady price checked it for me found my dog food carried it to a open empty register. I was treated like a queen! Compliments to to whole staff for their love of the job, animals, and people
Love this store! It's laid out well so most things are easy to find, and if you can't find something there are tons of really nice staff members ready to help! My doggy and I love taking trips to the store for some new toys (followed by a pupcup from Starbucks, of course!). They have plenty of supplies for dogs and cats, and a decent amount for small animals. The only reason I gave them 4/5 instead of a full 5 is I wish there was a bit more variety for my bunnies, but they aren't as common a pet. The staff is great and they're all really sweet to my dog. Haven't tried the groomers yet, but we will be soon!
I shop here when I am looking to try something I saw online. I may pick up a toy for my 2 cats but they have too many now. I wish there was a pet store that had unusual or unique items. I can order them of course, but if I am spending 200-400 on a cat tree I'd like you see it first. Tough for retail shops of any kind.

Everything you need for yr pet and then some. Thus Pet Smart has dog training classes, a vet clinic that can handle anything that's not too serious for most any pet, and has a grooming service. The store is well staffed, has plenty of parking, is not too far from the highway (In case yr traveling with a pet), and is located around other types of stores so that you can take care of all yr needs in this same area.
Of course I love this store as I'm a dog lover! Staff is friendly and helpful. Nichole in the grooming salon was great with my granddog Shep who is a very nervous Pomeranian . She was patient and kind and did a really great job. I think the store is over-priced and I can find many of the items they carry for less elsewhere but the selection is good here. I can often find whatever I need on their website for less. The store does match their website prices if you ask them to.
