I would give you a 5, but if i ever get harassed by the the lady with blue buffalo shirt on again, I'll change it to a 1. I don't know what her affiliation with your store is, if she's a sales or hype person for your big brand, but even the cashier wanted her gone.
Excellent customer service for every department. Grooming department is SUPERB! My Star (lab) and I feel right at home when we are there. Even the cashiers give my Star some love when we come in.
Your employee Haley was a great help. I came in for crickets for my bearded dragon. She was a prompt and helpful associate. Haley greeted me as I came into the store and helped me in every possible way. She was curtious and friendly and wore a smile that made me feel right at home. I thank you for the great hospitality and atmosphere I was in. Petco has a great team of team member's and I look forward in doing more business with her and other store employees.
Easy to go in and out. Easy to find what you want quickly. Excellent grooming service. Cute ferrets.
Horrible. Infested with spiders! Be careful not to touch anything on shelves, spiders and webs are everywhere. They live behind turtles and cricket area...and all shelves on fish side of store. They even drop down from ceiling. Please call pest control...it's ridiculous!!!!
