My family recently purchases two used boats from Jim. One is broken after one short outing, testing. Dropped of a motor to be fixed. Jim gives me no estimated time when he could look at it during drop off. So I call to check status, Jim answers, very short /rude on phone. Tells me customers call all the time wanting to know when their boats will be fixed. Hmm. Won't be buying anything else here. Waste of time and money. Customers should come first. Going to Berkeley Outdoor next time.
