Office staff is wonderful and very personable, as is the sales staff. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Very nice place. Reasonable prices.
Don't buy from these crooks.I have cerebral palsy and have many surgeries so I have a hard time walking. Before I even bought my place I was promised a wheelchair ramp which I have a prescription for 2 years later still no ramp the steps our way to steep I have fell from the top of my deck all the way down to the payment black in my eyes and busted my nose several times every time I would contact the office about my ramp they would give me the runaround and I know the American act disabilities would not take kind to this also when I moved in I had a flat surface stove and a manager told the maintenance to take it out of my apartment that it was broke and they were going to fix it and they brought a eye burner stove and I still haven't got my stove back when I brought it up to the office several times they said they were working on it wish there was nothing wrong with it in the first place they just wanted to take it and put it in another unit to sell when I brought it up to the new manager she said that she had no way approving I had the stove and my unit I told her look up my file at listed the model number right there in front of her I typed in the model number of my phone and it showed my flat surface stove so they pretty much stole that from me I tried calling corporate several times left messages no call back the next step is to call the American Act of disabilities
Always changing management. Lot rent & other dumb add ons will be added to monthy payments, randomly (of course). Ridiculously expensive especially when you consider the crime rate.
Have been to the office for the past couple years and complained about the infestation of flies roaches and spiders located in the trees directly in front of my house. They all claim they going to do something about it but they never do spiders are in the tree that the spider webs covered the tree all the way to the ground. What do I do to get someone to take care of it? Haven't been able to get yes Community anything done. My son was harassed by the management because he sits in his truck when he goes outside because of the bug infestation and spiders. I have been putting in this complaint with the office for the last five years and nothing got done. What are you going to do to resolve this
I just purchased my first home with Wind Gate. Carlos Lee was very informative and encouraging. The ladis in the other office was very nice also. NO HASSLE, NO SURPRISES....Great experience
