Worst place to live ever stay away rent goes up monthly and they wont fix anything my ac didnt work all summer had to spend 600 on window units and now no heat floors caving in and mold on the walls run!!!!!
On the outside it looks wonderful. But once you get moved in you are locked in for life after 8 years I thought we would never get out of there the crime rate and the customer service at the office is hideous I would totally never recommend anyone under any circumstance ever move their family especially children into that neighborhood
We've lived here since 2007 and although the park in general "looks" well run it is indeed not. Do not waste your hard earned money by moving here. They can not keep a property manager in place longer than a few months and they have never properly dealt with the drug issues in the neighborhood. Your kids would not be able to play at the park without learning choice vulgar grammar that is spray painted all over everything and lot rent increases every single year. Our cars have been broken into numerous times and corporate management will not return phone calls for any reason. The only reason we have not left as of yet was financial. We will be moving though as soon as we can purchase land. Please consider yourself warned.
