I bought a home in February from Johnson and Wilson and the service, knowledge, follow up and hospitality was excellent. i would recommend them to all my friends and family. Home buying can be stressful and they took the stress away with great customer service and there expertise in the real estate industry took all the stress away. I love my new home!
The staff at Johnson and Wilson greeted me and made me feel so welcome as well as answered all my questions from the first point of contact. Mary (formerly at Summerville office and now at Heritage on Trolly Road) is totally unresponsive to property issues. She completely ignored my request concerning a property managed by Heritage. I feel she tried to degrade me and was entirely disrespectful. I contacted her twice about the same issue, and both times my request was ignored. I would not do business with this company ever.
We feel that our agent, Tiffany, went above and beyond to help us locate a home that would fit into the parameters of what we are looking for. Unfortunately, by no fault of our agent, the home we found was taken off of the market by the homeowner. While we have decided to take a break from our house-hunting, we would not hesitate to use Johnson and Wilson in the future.
