Super friendly and accommodating staff. Room was exceptionally clean and everything was new. Would definitely stay here again
This is a newer property, so everything looks modern and clean. Rooms are quite large. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.
It's a nice property. Very clean. Nice new amenities. The towels were really scratchy though. First night there I keep hearing a water flow noise every few minutes and I couldn't fall asleep. I finally tracked it down to running to list. I fixed it myself since it was midnight. I called the front desk to let them know. They offered free breakfast for my troubles. When I went to claim it I got a dirty look like I was trying to scam free food. I used to work at a 4 diamond Marriott in Northern VA. I found this to be unprofessional. I told the front desk how this made me feel and they apologized. I won't stay here again though.
I've been there for 4 days and have only had one decent night's sleep. Working night shift and I've been woken up almost everyday from steam cleaning services, noisy neighbors, or construction. Beds are nice though. At least when it was quiet that one day I slept ok.
Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Able to accommodate a room upgrade with our gold status. Used washer and dryer with no problems. Housekeeping was very good and I'm picky. We will be back!
