WORST service I've ever received from a jeweler!! Had a ring made 4 years ago and I've had to take it back numerous times due to stones coming loose. Finally lost 2 stones and was told I had to pay to replace them. Then told there was no record of me having the stones tightened, good thing I keep better records then they do! I have every receipt (12) of them to be exact were I'd left my ring to be fixed. All ready but a call into the BBB about this company and their poor antics. DON'T GO HERE!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!
Wonderful staff. I took jewelry to have repaired, and was called back the next day... everything was fixed!!! Awesome customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased earrings and preferred different posts. Not only did Kim switch the post, she put the diamond in a better setting. I didn't have to wait long to get them. Kim's fine staff went above and beyond by wrapping my item when they found out they were a gift. Kim's is the only place I'll go for a wonderful selection of fine jewelry,
