This office has gone down hill significantly. During my pregnancy I would only wait between 15-20 minutes which is still considerable but I have had 2 recent appointments leaving me in waiting room for over an hour! Why even have an appt if you have to wait that long. Great Doctors, Horrible Waits
I had to write a review because I don't understand all the bad reviews. I love this office and practice! Jessie in the front office is so warm and welcoming and streamlines the paperwork. My favorite doctor ever is Dr Jackie! I've been seeing her for 5 years and she's the BEST! I might wait 5 minutes max in the waiting room. She has given me more information in 5 years than I've ever received in the past 25 years. She is so knowledgeable and takes her time. She's a professional yet I feel like I'm talking to a friend - she makes you feel very comfortable.
The Staff was always very nice and helpful. They were great.
I have had a good experience here. The staff members are not rude and the practitioner I have been meeting with has been great. The only problem I have is it's extremely hard to get a hold of medical assistants.
This place... I almost don't even have words for how ABSOLUTELY disgusted I am with them. But then again, I do. Because I would like to help other women realize that this is NOT the place to go. Let's just put it this way, they don't test urine throughout pregnancy... so I went undiagnosed gestational diabetes. They don't listen to your needs or even pay attention to the FACT that I was measuring 42 weeks (which a pregnancy is NEVER supposed to surpass) at 37 weeks!!! And reassured me that everything looks good. Like how are they even still in business? Let's just put it this way, if I wouldn't have listened to my own body my daughter would have been a stillborn baby. When I delivered via C-Section the nurses couldn't even pull a sugar read on my daughter because she didn't any. My daughter was born at 37 weeks and 5 days and was 8 POUNDS and 6 OUNCES. Like really??? I can't even. Not to mention you see SEVERAL different doctors, never the same from visit to visit. So NONE of them are on the same page. This office is literally THE WORST. Need clarification? Read above and all of their other TERRIBLE reviews.
