HORRIBLE Customer Service. My son has been trying to make an appointment for the past 5 days & has YET been able to reach anyone. They keep forwarding him to 2 different people. One of which, who's voicemail is full & other one who's phone rings and gets send to voicemail. I am extremely saddened and displeased with customer service! You think that we would receive a call back. It's a BIG innconvience to the health of my family.

Terrible service, lousy attitudes, total incompetence. DCMH should be closed. If there was a negative star, I would give it to them. Absolutely shameful.
Unprofessional. Front counter/phone staff are inept and poor performers. Issued a referral through my insurance company for a famiiy member to see this provider. Contacted, called and asked for an initial appointment for a week, never received a call back. Always sent to a voicemail inbox or told they will call back, because the person I need to speak with is at lunch. Called one last time to confront management, they played stupid. They tried to give the runaround game. I informed them they are neglecting patients, failing to execute their duties, they are incapable of the simplest of tasks (returning a phonecall to a new patient). I have reported their abysmal behavior to my insurance carrier. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! They do NOT care about YOU. They are only there for their paycheck and nothing more. AVOID THIS "mental health center".
