I'm extremely disappointed in this stylist at the Dorchester Rd SmartStyles.
I got my hair cut today by doris billington and i absolutely love my hair cut and the experience i just had!! I would definitely come back to her and would suggest everyone ask for her! Shes super sweet and super good!!
I made an appointment for my daughter for a cut and style with someone there that did an amazing job on my hair once. I told my daughter she does a great job. Well now, I have to take that back. Not only did she have to wait half an hour after her appointed time but she never even got a flippin hair wash or head massage which is complimentary to any haircut. I'm saddened by the way this was handled. Stylist get a bad rap because they don't put their clients first. They are too busy trying to rush clients off the chair and out the building so they can rush to the next paying customer. Not right by any means!
Leon cut my hair the day after Hurricane Irma because I could not find anyone to take me last minute. Naturally I was nervous getting my hair cut but my experience was awesome and my cut came out flawless!! I will be back again (and again)
I went today and the hair stylist Shy gave me a haircut just like I wanted and styled it beautiful. I will defiinley be going back to her
Alittle bit of a wait but worth it haircut while your spouse or family member is shopping great prices. Take there time .
