Harris Teeter is truly what is on the sign, My neighborhood teeter. I actually call it The Teeter ,my teeter. I know everyone and they know me,it's like family shopping! :)
Cashier was very kind especially the second time I came in within a few hours, I was locked out of my house and she offered me to sit in the coffee area and hang out while I waited. She even let me know there were plugs open so I could charge my phone and enjoy the free wifi. What wonderful customer service. Definitely moved this Harris teeter to the top of the rest.
Great selection of cheese, produce. Also a very good selection of beer, including some local and regional breweries, as well as a build your own 6 pack (but from an unfortunately limited selection of mostly large commercial brews). A good selection of wine as well. The only downside is price. They are noticeably higher priced than the nearby Food Lion, but i suppose you pay for the variety. Sign up for a VIC card and get in on those sale prices.
Excellent service! Great prices, especially with your Vic card. Online orders and drive thru pickup available. Good deli, meats, and produce selection.
Beautiful store. Decent selection of groceries. Awesome beer selection. Their check out process isn't as efficient as most stores and prices are typically much more expensive than most grocery stores. I rarely do all of my regular shopping there but it's close to home so I stop I'm for odds and ends and beer often.
