I have great wonderful service I think the lady that help me her name was Gail new meat department I couldn't have asked for a nicer better person to help me I recommend her for a raise
Today is 10/8/17 I go to Bi Lo because they carry more flavors of baby cereal than Wal Mart. But every time I go, somethings not working and the attitude of the cashiers who help are pitiful. I started scanning my items at the self check out. I scanned one item and it say that the coupon box is full. But then it doesn’t show the first item I scanned. The. When I finished and was paying I selected $40 back, but the machine only registered $20 in the receipt and of course only gave me $20. When I told the cashier what happened she doesn’t even bother to look at what happened she just called me a lied and went to help someone else. I’ll go to Piggly Wiggly, Bi Lo maybe more convenient, but the attitude sucks.
Contrary to other reviews I see, I have never had to wait very long to check out regardless of how busy they are. This location has a self-checkout section with four registers, which is what I prefer to use myself. They always have tons of different buy one get one free specials and price cuts on certain items throughout the week. Considering I stop in usually once every day, I tend to pick up only the items I need that are on sale that day and by the end of each week I've gotten everything I always need without ever paying full price. Have been shopping there for 3 plus years since I moved a couple miles away.
I love this bi lo! The only issue I have is their fresh seafood was get very very limited. I always get my salmon here and they didn't have any, just catfish.
Nice, cheap, has everything u need. Would recommend
