To me the biggest issue of these supposed to be ideal homes is parking... if u using the garage u might can park 6 cars... neighborhood ain't built for real genuine families... you can't park by office...you can't park by big ole pool parking lot... I can see cars left for days weeks etc. Not built for family orientated things like : funeral gathering , bridal gathering, baby shower, oh God neighborhood kids graduation gathering, sick parents, birthday gathering, childs Christianing, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc. Or even owning a boat camper or extra vehicles nothing that includes extra parking...homes are ideal huge with poor space issues... adding traffic on main road... can't park on streets like mostly "upscale communities" especially being that it's in rural area.... the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly but whom ever designed the neighborhood is single and lonely.. one way in and out... recently had a log truck accident and was stuck in neighborhood for hours because it was near entrance and service trucks and traffic had the entrance blocked... pay attention to the little things guys.... from a scale of 1-10, I give it a 4... praying it's never a neighborhood emergency trying to evacuate... make it last resort... pay attention...gave wife go ahead to purchase while I was overseas and didn't get to see pre-evaluate home... so disappointed base on parking and entrance points...
