Working with Alair was practically seamless from the beginning. They outlined the process and had a detailed itemized budget when we finished the Design & Estimate phase. It was so easy to have everything written down on paper so that we knew what would happen every step along the way. When there was a hiccup with the tile company (through no fault of Alair...) they went to bat for us to make sure they could keep the job on time as quickly as they could. I would work with them again no question.

Alair Homes recently completed a kitchen remodel in my home in Summerville. The results were fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way! Both Jennings (the owner) and Martin (our Project Manager) were easy to work with and responsive. Due to some delays with the subs the project took a little longer than expected. But, they kept us in the loop as soon as they got updated statuses. The new kitchen isn't just beautiful (see the pictures), but much more functional than the old one. My wife and I are looking forward to using it for years to come.
