The arrangement not at all what it was suppose to be . Did not work with me on making it right. Very poor customer service! ! Very rude !!
HORRIBLE FLORIST!
My son ordered a bouquet that cost over $100 and the the final outcome disgusts me. The scant roses are minimal in size and surrounded by nothing but leaves! I called and discussed with the manager, Dee, who told me she didn't have time to talk to be about it. Even though the store guarentee is "If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us," she proved it was a mere LIE. She was rude and doesn't deserve to have business from local buyers who hope to get the best service.... but after paying she really doesn't care at all.
I called this florist today to request a floral delivery. We live out of state so I was delighted and very pleased with the service. I explained my urgency for the delivery to be made today and the florist was very cordial, helpful and sympathetic to my need. She was more than happy to send the order out right away. I would definitely contact them again in the future.
I just left and honestly I have never been so stunned by the horrible customer service. Not towards me but to the poor lady on the phone. The disgusting acting lady that was answering the phone was "talking" to a customer. The words that were coming out of her mouth were :"I don't have time to sit here all day and listen to what you want. I'm too busy to listen to this crap. You know what, just call somewhere else and don't call back here." After hanging up- she said "stupid idiot" I just turned and walked out. I'll never go back and NEVER recommend.
