WOW! I understand why they have such great reviews...There customer service is outstanding. It was the most pleasant phone order ever and I am so glad I found them...unlike the frustrating ones that I had called before them.
I ordered flowers ftd from Ohio. My flowers were supposed to have a ribbon a special name on it. I attended funeral and no ribbon. I called florist and they did bring it with an apology. I am very disappointed in their service because my sister also ordered from here. Her ribbon did nit say what she asked and she had paid the same amout for her flowers that I did , they were half the size. I had specified I would be attending my sister did not. When you pay for an amount you should get what you pay for. This is very disheartening when it's the last way you can shiw sympathy and respect to the family.
I needed some corsage pins ASAP and even though I showed as she was about to drive away she took the time to open the shop and get some pins and even gave them to me for free! Thanks a bunch!
