Excellent. Hertz screwed me and Enterprise saved my family's 2018 New Years Vacation. Lesson learned! Go with Enterprise everytime!
I had an excellent customer service experience from the time I booked till when I returned the vehicle. They helped all the way and were very understanding. I will recommend this rental car service anytime, anyday
Staff are friendly. One problem was that the vehicle I rented smelled like smoke. I asked if they had something to get rid of the odor and one person said he would check, but did not. I suppose he forgot. When I returned the vehicle, mentioned it again. One staff person said that to was difficult to bein a vehicle with smoke odor, and said something about getting partial refund. The topic was dropped. I thought perhaps something was going to be done and I'd be credited an amount after I returned the vehicle, but they did nothing.
I was a customer at the Trolley Rd location. Their customer service went down tremendously and I refused to give them anymore of my business. I took my business to this location. They had the requested vehicle there and the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and professional. The reason for the 4-star rating is because the vehicle was dirty (fries and an awfully dirty windshield). Upon returning the vehicle, I told the young lady my concerns and she was very apologetic for the inconvenience and rectified the situation as much as she could. I would rent from this location again despite receiving a dirty rental. Hopefully this will be the only mishap I experience here.
Great service and got a vehicle in less than 20 mins, regarding a long line ahead of me. A+
(Just make sure the vehicles are clean. People don't spend their hard earned money for a product that's not up to par. Well, at least I don't)
