Kasey (Discover the Magic) recently booked a trip for me and some friends to the Valentin Imperial Maya resort in Mexico. Initially my friends were using another travel agent, but after three weeks of trying, the agent said he just couldn't manage to coordinate so many of us wanting to fly in from all over the US in the manner we wanted (all arrive about the same time). I told my group that I had a friend (Kasey) who is a travel agent. I'd never used her (or any agent before) but she's always had a good reputation and I knew we would never be able to pull this off without an experienced agent...we'd already failed on our own which led us to the other agent. Anyway, praise to Kasey because she was able to do on less than an hour and a half, what the other agent couldn't do in three weeks! And, I should point out that part of that time she was waiting to hear back from one of our party.

It was a relief not to have to worry about anything and she got us a better deal than we could find online (and believe me, we tried!) The experience was so good that we've asked her to book another trip back there for a group of 10+....and we've asked her to join us!
