HORRIBLE! I wish that I could leave no stars. The customer service is less than pleasant. The product is questionable. We purchased the extended warranty and it is of no use. We have had issues with it heating properly from the beginning. It is now leaking and was told that if it was the pipe then it must have frozen and is not covered. If it is something else then the part might be $28 plus shipping. What good is the warranty if it is not covered? We purchased this unit in November so it is less than 6 months old. They asked for pictures before they would make any decisions. I understand that however, what is a family to do in the meantime? Continue heating water on the stove to use?
Great water heater. Staff was educated and helped us with the questions we had. Love our tankless!
