This a great store to shop me dog loves going there and loves all the employees. They are always helpful. They even remember my dogs name. help me carry a large bag of dog food to my car. Very nice people. There pets cages are always clean and the store is always clean. Excellent Customer service too. I been going here since they open
The best pet place I've been to. Jessica is an amazing person and is extremely helpful even though made her take heavy bags of food to the car. She is our goto sales person. All the ladies in there as always kind and willing to help also. Will not go any place else. Great job Petland

Was there for the pet vaccine and we were early so we walked around for alittle bit and had my dog with us. But when he barked at other dogs cause they barked 1st we were kicked out of the store. Because my dog has pit in him. I don't know the ladies name but she was older and had blonde hair she told my daughter she had to leave with my dog seem he barked at the dogs that barked at him. He was not gonna get in to a fight he just barked. So now I am not able to get my dog his rabies shot and microchip because of that lady saying he couldn't be in the store.. I am not happy with her at all. He's a dog he barks. Other than that the rest of staff was very nice. Just that 1 lady was rude towards us. I will not be returning to that store ever again. I will find another pet vaccine clinic that will not kick my dog out cause of his breed and the fact that he barks.
Came here for the vaccination clinic event and stayed for great prices, service, and products. Definitely coming back and love their food purchase rewards! An employee helped me find a toy with a warranty for durability, and my dog loves it! It is the first toy he has ever not destroyed in the first hour.
Absolutely one of the worst pet stores I've been in out of the many I've been to. Basically sells the same food grocery stores do mixed with a few decent options for wholistic feeding. Staff is very unknowledgeable and will stalk you around the store until you get to the point of giving up and leaving. Save your time and money and go to Pet Supplies Plus or All is Well.
