Clean and staffed with a courteous crew. The aqwardly small rest rooms are barely sufficient to handle the release of one full theater and sound from adjacent movies occasionally bleeds through the walls. Located in a safe shopping center this is a good place to take the family
My son works there. He has a disability from a Congential defect. Except for the main manager who is excellent the others disliked him because of it. They spoke openly in front of employees about his "issues." They bullied him and allowed the staff to openly do so also. One employee named Ashley was quite blatant about it and has somehow now been promoted to a Manager. Tonight he was there as a Patron something he cleared with the main manager and one of her subordinate mgr. proceeded to bully him and embarrass him out in front of of everyone. I will never support any establishment that makes fun of people with disabilities or allows them to be openly bullied by staff.
So grateful for the staff at Azalea Square 16 in Summerville,SC. This morning I discovered I had left my credit card at the concession stand last night...happy to report that it has been returned. I would like to thank the young lady who opened the doors to return my card this morning. When I offered a tip as a thank you, she said she was unable to accept it....I appreciate her kindness and service.
Clean spacious theatre, nice comfortable seats. Has an optional 3D/digital seating with roomy and extra comfortable seats, by reservation only. A nice theatre experience!
Decent movie theater but needs some updating. The seat was ripped in one place and rather uncomfortable for a 2 1/2 hour movie. Sound and visual quality was fine though.
