Day after parts of Hurricane Irma hit the Charleston area. Businesses closed and kids out of school. Weekend business and only staffed for a tuesday. Robin and her team did a great job taking care of everyone professionally and as best they could while trying to get extra help in. Great teamwork. They deserve a raise.
Wow !! Blown out of the water. My fiancé and I went here last night at 2AM because of a very late night flight. We didn't eat anything for 12 hours, and came here starving. I forgot the 2 women name (I think one lady starts with a "T") but they were beyond amazing! We felt terrible coming there so late but they were beyond welcoming. We order 2 bacon cheese burgers, 1 double cheese burger and chicken sandwich with hashbowns. It has been ages since I had such an amazing juicy burger. She did an amazing job and needs complete recognition!! WOW! Both of them for their warm and welcoming hospitality. Thank you ladies!!!!
Me and my family eat here often. We have always had a good experience. Today, I was in there at the register when the waitress said to me loudly "don't forget about me now!" . She not only said it once but three times. I had every intention of tipping her (and i did)- I needed change for my twenty. Sorry, we will now take our business elsewhere!
Normally good service but last night was terrible. First they wouldn’t let us use our coupon that we had on our phone.(one we have used before with no problems). Then my wife and son got chocolate milk and it was spoiled(they almost got sick off it).
We are from California and heard great things about the Waffle House. We stopped in and ate at the location in Summerville. The food was great and the service was spectacular. Robin was GREAT!!!!!! Next time we visit we will eat there again....
