Horrible service on Orangeburg Road store.
Badcocks has a great selection reasonably priced. Great staff a clearance room in back. Good selection in clearance great prices. Staff is awesome. Pick up was easy they also deliver would be a customer for life. Also easy credit approval.

James was really knowledgeable and helpful when I came in to look at bedroom furniture for my son's room.Even though I went somewhere else I may be back for a sofa & chair I saw.My dad did buy some furniture from this location and the quality of the furniture he got is really good! Thanks James for being so nice!
We were told our couch would be delivered between 2-4pm on sat. We had to call them to find out apparently they had trouble with there truck (yeah right)so with no warning changed time to 3:30-7:30. I guess the customer is supposed to wait around all day with no call. Only to be told well I wasn't here all day so all I can say is im sorry absolutely pathetic. I can definitely say the level of staffing is laughable!! Worst part is we still have not received are couch hopefully it's in good condition. I'm sure it would be a nightmare if we have to deal with there customer service. When told there would be a complaint made she said go ahead it's corporate policy. No customer satisfaction here
I purchased a couple of dressers from here. They were very good quality. They delivered to my 2nd floor bedroom without a complaint.
