Love the store and variety of products, but very disappointed in the customer service I received from the dark headed short Cheryl (there were two Cheryl's). After doing some looking myself and having no luck finding the fabric I was looking for I showed this lady a picture of the fabric I was looking for and ask if she knew where it was. She huffed like I was bothering her and said if they had it that it should be on the back wall and kept on doing what she was doing with out a further care, so again I went in search of on my own once again finally finding the fabric.
There was also another incident with this associate, but this one displeasure was enough I feel that this associate needs more training as a customer service representative.
The store is definitely understaffed but the workers they have give it their all. I've always had good luck here with finding just what I need to complete my project. Prices aren't terrible but I do try and bring a coupon. They honor the competitions coupons, which is nice. During the week the lines are much shorter than the weekend, which is expected anywhere. The store could really use a new POS system. The employee can only work as fast as the operating system will allow. Will be returning in the near future. Connie is always a delight to see there.
As a person in customer service myself I expect more I guess. When asked this of a customer I would expect the associate to help the customer personally locate the item.
Love Joann's. Usually find what I need. Great material dept. Checkout sometimes is very slow, not enough lanes open
Hopefully for your store this was just my luck to encounter the one bad seed in the bunch.
Get your staff some bathrooms!!! No bathroom for customers or staff . It’s been broken a long time and it’s time to fix it . Your sweet girl at the register defended you guys so be proud . The ladies who cut fabric are mostly older and rude , a smile would be nice
