I brought in my own box that was not taped. I was reusing a box and asked if they could put some bubble wrap inside to protect the contents before taping it up. He said no. That I would have to buy a new box from him.
He also said that I would have to buy a box of bubble wrap. I would have paid $15 for 3 feet of bubble wrap for him to place it inside the box from that store roll of bubble wrap they have behind the counter. I don't want to buy a box of bubble wrap to take home. The employee was unable to think outside the box. The issue was not money, it was poor customer service. I travel around the south east for my job and ship packages a few times a month from different locations for the past 14 years. This location was the first time a UPS store refused to meet the customers expectations! It might not be the employees fault, he could have been following policy from the owners?
Don't bother bringing your own box. They can only ship packages after you buy a box from them which is not very environmentally friendly!
Been using this store for years and have never had a problem of any kind. Prefer their service over the post office. Always been very polite and helpful.

Had a bunch of boxes to ship. The store employee (Jacob) helped me consolidate and save money on shipping and did so with a great attitude. I have shipped here many times. I have always had a great experience.

We have been using this store for almost two years. We had an issue with access over the labor day holiday. I met with the owner right after labor day and he resolved the problem. I was impressed that he was working at the store, and was so conscientious.
