The staff were extremely helpful. The store and restroom were sparkling clean and the merchandise neat. It is larger than my Columbia SC store with a large selection in my size as well as toys!
The staff is very helpful and even at this very busy time of year they still took a mannequin down to see if the pants on it were the size we were looking for (thankfully they were) and the cashier was amazing and very sweet even though they were super busy.
Management staff is inattentive and seems 'too busy' for your concerns. Cashiers are nice though. Went to pick up an online order, 1 item, waited for 20 minutes because nobody was back there. Management shows up slamming things, tosses whatever is in her hands on a back counter and rudely and loudly asks my order number. Not greeted whatsoever. Types in number, disappears in a back room for a while then slams my order on the counter and asks, 'anything else?'. I'm glad it was just a pair of sandals and not something more fragile. I have been to many Kohls stores but this one by far was the worst. Otherwise store and bathroom were clean.
It was a terrible experience. Every single item I was looking for did not have a single solitary price marked on it nor was there a placard with a price on it. I started off with trying to find a bathroom shower curtain. Could not find a price couldn't find anything I walked the store three times trying to find someone to help me. At which time I tried pushing one of the buttons on the device that's supposed to tell you the price of an item or call for assistance. Three different places I tried three different machines did not work. When I finally found someone the lady told me well these are not working but you could always walk to customer service or you could walk to the front of the store to a cashier. I have a great problem walking and could not do that even if I wanted to. I feel the attitude of several of the workers there at Kohl's was awful. My next problem was when I went to the jewelry department. I was looking for several pieces of costume jewelry. When I spoke to the young woman behind the counter she had no idea whatsoever about anything in her jewelry department. I was looking for surgical steel posts on the earrings that I need. She had no idea if there was any if they ever had any or anything to do with the jewelry. At one point you said to me if you can hang around the store for a little while the lady who runs the department would be back from lunch and she could help me. This did not help because at this point my legs were killing me and I had to go home. When I checked out the cashier was most helpful. I told her of my experiences throughout the store and she looked at me and said I am so very sorry. If you tell me the names of the people that could not and did not help you will make sure it gets taken care of. I had spoken to several people and left the store very disgruntled and I feel that I don't ever want to go back to Kohl's again. They can keep the Kohl's cash that I had earned and I will probably just Shred the Kohl's credit card
The associate went out of her way to help me place my order online.ibwsd very pleased with the service I received.
