I went here on reccomendation from a friend....she was right on the money - Dr. Soloman and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The office itself is very modern, spacious and clean, inspiring confidence in patients like me, and making one feel very comfortable and welcome. Maybe it's because I spent 13 years with military dental visits, but I was very impressed and would reccomend him and this office to anyone.
I really enjoyed the service here. Thankfully they were the only office open on a holiday. I had a horrible toothache. I couldnt eat sleep shower without having ice in my mouth for two seconds or I would feel sharp intense pains. I even brushed my teeth with ice in my mouth. Anyway I spent a couple hours sunday and that monday calling around for a dentist. Finally, I came across Dr. Solomon. The check in was very simple. The lady at the desk was very friendly. I was a first time patient and it was fairly steady with people in and out. The wait wasn't too long. Once I was called in and the Dr. was advised of the ice i had ti constantly use, he came in to numb me fairly quick before any xrays or anything else was done. Thank God! I was relieved from that pain. Wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy. The process of getting my tooth pulled was literally a minute. Altogether maybe was there an hour total. So the service was quick, friendly and comfortable. The only problem I had was the old fat lady at the check out desk. I was in so much pain, I didnt call in advance to know my copay so I had to leave to get some money and come back. And i came right back. Another lady took the payment who was a lot nicer, but as im walking out I can hear her talking about me. Fortunately I have matured enough to ignore comments from unprofessional workers because I would have told her off! People talk and don't have no idea about how you live or what people go through. But other than that one bad apple. I really liked them. And am contemplating on becoming a regular there. But not too sure. Im big on professionalism and that didn't sit well with me.
