The car was pretty good, vacuuming was good also.. But they didn't clean my window dash good.. Dust was all on the top.. They didn't set the bottom part of my vehicle also.. Customer service was kind of set also
The car wash itself does a great job and the free vacuuming is nice. What I don't like is it seems like the only time to come when there isn't a long way is in the middle of the work day. After work hours and weekends are always packed. Takes 25-30 minutes to get through.
First time. Great wash and wax. You save by doing your own interior. Cost is too high to have it done.
Tidal Wave has been our go to car wash since we moved here last year. The facility is always clean and all the vacuums are always running. Tonight they allowed us to still wash the car despite them closing. Our car stays clean and tidy thanks to Tidal Wave.
Best car wash experience I have ever had. We joined “the club” it’s great since we have a 4 year old and an infant they do an awesome job detailing the inside when needed. You just have to pull the car seats first. Being able to drive up and get it washed with little to no human interaction is pretty nice too when you need to get the exterior cleaned in a rush.
