I have business accounts with bank of American. I do lots of business with Bank of America,one time I need change ONE OF THE TELLERS IN THIS LOCATION told me I have to have s debit card in order for me to get change. However I showed her my ID also the account number I even log to my account n showed here the account activities N still refused to give me change. I was really mad cuz I have lots of things to do that day. So I went to the other location I'm Main Street I got the change with no problem.
Their customer service in this branch is pretty bad, the guy at the entrance is pretty arrogant; they make wait a lot and treat you like you are nothing
Good customer service. Two drive up ATM's. Easy to get in to, but pain in the butt to get out of (depending on which direction you are trying to go).
Excellent Bank the Customer Services is always the best. They have a drive thru ATH and also for deposit.
